  • Due to the nature of our business, returns are only accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unopened condition. Customer must notify DIAMOND PARTY CONFETTI of intent to return item within 3 days of receipt of item, and item must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable and any shipping cost to return item is the responsibility of the customer. Returns will not be accepted for monogram cake toppers, wholesale, or clearance items. Damaged items or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your package.
